About the Song
“Good Day To Be Alive” is an upbeat, highway-style modern country track about gratitude for the moment while riding with the person you love. The chorus is built for singalongs, pairing roadtrip visuals (“windows down,” “open road”) with a relaxed, confident “no need to ask God why” attitude.

Lyrics
World in front and the top behind
Everything's fallin' right in line
Tank full, don't know where we're goin'
But I bet we're right on time
Your hand hangin' out the window
Hair blowin' wild in the wind
Every mile just keeps gettin' better
Don't want this day to end
Good day to be alive
Windows down on 75
Got the girl I love by my side
It's a good day to be alive
And Iiiiiiiiii
Don't even have to try
No need to ask God why
It's just a good day to be alive
Blue water flashin' through the guardrail
Sunlight dancin' off the bay
Radio hummin' underneath us
Like it's got somethin' to say
Whole world's runnin' in circles
Tryna get somewhere tonight
Meanwhile we're just floatin' forward
Everything feels right
Good day to be alive
Windows down on 75
Got the girl I love by my side
It's a good day to be alive
And Iiiiiiiiii
Don't even have to try
No need to ask God why
It's just a good day to be alive
Ain't nobody blowin' up my phone
Ain't nobody needin' nothin' now
Just a little stretch of open road
And a sunset showin' out
Got enough and then some
Never thought I'd say that line
All the best days happen
When you quit lookin' for 'em sometimes
Maybe it ain't the destination
Maybe it ain't the view
Maybe it's just knowin'
There's nowhere else I'd rather be than with you
Final Hook
Good day to be alive
Windows down on 75
Got the girl I love by my side
It's a good day to be alive
And Iiiiiiiiii
Don't even have to try
No need to ask God why
It's just a good day to be alive
Good day to be alive
Good day to be alive
Everything's fallin' right in line
